Our waiting room
We get it. Nobody enjoys the “waiting room.” We have tried to make ours comfortable and inviting, but we understand the “waiting room” can be a source of frustration. We want to limit the wait to a brief interlude.
By scheduling a long enough appointment we expect to carry out a comprehensive assessment and still allow plenty of time for explanation, questions and education. The optimal office visit begins on time. Starting the appointment late may shorten the time you can spend with the doctor. Although our office has reduced the burden of paperwork there is still some of this to be done. If you were able to fill out the necessary forms prior to the office visit the check in process should take about 5 minutes. If you did not have the chance to fill out the information forms before the appointment please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time so that your meeting with the doctor can begin on time.
If you are running late please call us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We understand that there are unexpected problems with traffic as well as other events that might delay you.
With busy schedules and active children we realize how frustrating it can be when the doctor runs late. If your appointment is likely to be delayed our office staff will call you or text you to let you know and to make appropriate arrangements with you.
Our goal is to respect the time of all of our patients and maximize the time you have with your doctor. We hope you understand and will be our partners in delivering the best care to you and all of our patients.
